Order Processing

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

This email confirms that we have received your order that it has been pre-authorized to proceed with fulfillment.

Most orders need time to be reviewed, confirmed, and prepared for fulfillment before tracking becomes available. Our average processing time is within 1-3 business days.

Standard Delivery Times

After shipment, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

In many cases, the total processing and delivery window is approximately 4-8 business days.

Delivery timing may vary based on the item, warehouse location, carrier, and destination.

Tracking Information

Once your order has completed processing and is released for shipment, tracking details will be sent to your via email.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after it is created.

Tracking activity may not appear immediately after a shipment is created. Some carriers, freight shipments, or larger equipment orders may require additional time before tracking shows movement or receives its first transit update. If tracking has not updated after a reasonable period, our team is always happy to help review it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the fulfillment queue, even if tracking has not yet been issued.

Damaged Deliveries

While we work to ensure orders are packaged securely, damage can occasionally occur during transit.

Unfortunately, shipping-related handling is outside of our direct control, but our team will be happy to resolve any issues for you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the outside packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Please do not discard the product, packaging, pallet, included parts, or accessories until our team has reviewed the issue and provided you with the next steps to return your order for a replacement or refund.

Since many products are packaged securely, we also ask that you carefully remove the item from its packaging and provide photos of any internal or product-related damage that may have resulted from handling during transit from the carrier.

Returns

Eligible unused items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within the return window listed in our Return Policy.

Some products may have item-specific return requirements, exclusions, or restocking conditions. Please review the product page and our full Return Policy for complete details before starting a return.

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Larger items, including certain batteries, solar equipment, and oversized systems, may ship by freight carrier.

Freight deliveries can take longer than standard parcel shipments and may require a delivery appointment, signature, or liftgate service depending on the shipment.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we primarily ship within the lower 48 US states.

For Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories, you will need to use a freight forwarding service at your own cost.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on eligible orders within the 48 contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Some special handling, freight, or remote delivery situations may require additional review before shipment.

Delays & Availability Issues

If an order is affected by a backorder, address issue, carrier delay, warehouse delay, or lost package investigation, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Product pages may include special shipping notes when an item has a longer or unusual delivery timeline.

Pricing, Listing, or Order Errors

We make every effort to keep product information, bundle pricing, and checkout details accurate. However, technical errors, listing mistakes, or pricing inaccuracies may occasionally occur.

If an order is affected by an obvious pricing, listing, or availability error, Grid Getaway reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. If this happens, our team will contact you promptly.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and able to receive the type of product ordered. Larger shipments may require someone to be available for delivery.

For Freight Orders Watch for appointment calls or carrier updates.
For Tracking Allow time for carrier scans to update.
For Damage Keep all packaging until the review is complete.
