How do RX-LFP48100 and Lithi2-16 differ?
They are different storage products with different capacities, enclosures and supporting hardware. The RX-LFP48100 listings are 5.12kWh rack batteries; Lithi2-16 is a larger 16kWh-class battery. Choose cabinets, brackets and cables for the specific platform.
Are RX and SUNON inverters interchangeable?
No. The RX-12K hybrid model and SUNON off-grid models have distinct capabilities and integration requirements. Confirm the precise AC voltage, continuous output, battery compatibility and operating modes.
Does RX-12K mean 12kW continuous output?
Do not use the name alone to size loads. The carried RX-12K listing specifies 11.4kW output. Read continuous output separately from PV input, surge and other ratings.
Which battery cables and busbars should I choose?
Match the battery platform, connector family, current rating and installation arrangement. RUiXU has multiple cable and busbar families, so similar appearance or length does not establish compatibility.
What warranty and support apply to my order?
Coverage and registration requirements vary by product. Contact Grid Getaway with the exact RUiXU model to confirm the terms that apply to your purchase. Manufacturer-direct promotions or extended coverage should not be assumed to apply to every sales channel.
