Flexible Solar Panels
Compare flexible solar panels for RVs, vans, boats and other installations where a rigid framed panel may be difficult to place. This collection includes Renogy flexible monocrystalline panels and BougeRV CIGS thin-film options, with different wattages, shapes and mounting methods. Check each listing for its exact electrical and physical ratings before choosing a panel.
Choose by surface and mounting method
Some panels in this collection use adhesive backing, while others have mounting holes or a different installation method. A flexible panel is not suitable for every curve or roof surface. Follow the panel manufacturer’s bend, ventilation, surface-preparation and fastening instructions, especially on a vehicle or boat.
Check charging compatibility
Compare each panel’s open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, connector type and total array wattage with the charge controller or portable power station input. A bare battery needs an appropriate charge controller; a matching connector alone does not establish electrical compatibility. For a multi-panel kit, confirm whether the advertised wattage is per panel or for the entire kit.
