Freight deliveries may require a delivery appointment, liftgate service, signature, accessible delivery location, or inspection upon arrival.

You are responsible for inspecting the shipment at delivery whenever possible. If visible damage is present, you should document the damage with photos and note the damage with the carrier when applicable.

Do not discard packaging, pallets, accessories, or damaged items until our team has reviewed the issue and provided instructions.

Failure to inspect, document, or preserve damaged products and packaging may affect claim, replacement, return, or refund eligibility.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, restocking fees, non-refundable transaction fees, return shipping responsibilities, cancellations, refused deliveries, defective item claims, damaged delivery claims, and related processes are governed by our Return Policy.
