The charger is rated for 10A output, but total time depends on starting state of charge, battery acceptance, balancing, the constant-voltage finishing stage, temperature, BMS behavior, and any loads running during charging. Capacity divided by current is only a rough bulk-stage estimate. Can the 10A charger wake a LiFePO4 battery whose BMS has shut off? RICH SOLAR states that the charger can jump-start BMS-protected lithium batteries.
