Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common questions about this product, setup, compatibility, and use.

Is the Upgraded Medium Carrying Case shaped for mid-size Explorer models? Match the exact Jackery model list and exterior dimensions before ordering. Similar-capacity Explorer generations can have different handles, vents, wheels, ports, and cable access, so a bag or cover is not universally interchangeable. Does the Upgraded Medium Carrying Case make the enclosed power station waterproof? No. A carrying case or protective cover does not change the power station's ingress rating. Keep the station and live ports within their own environmental limits, avoid standing water, and never block ventilation during charging or use. When should a power station be removed from the Medium Jackery case for cooling? Treat it primarily as transport and storage protection. Remove or open it as Jackery directs before operation so cooling airflow, displays, controls, outlets, and cables remain accessible without heat buildup or strain. What damage is the Upgraded Medium Carrying Case designed to reduce during transport? It can help reduce ordinary scuffs, dust exposure, and handling wear when correctly fitted. It cannot prevent damage from drops, crushing cargo, immersion, excessive heat, sharp objects, or an unsecured station moving inside a vehicle. Are the station and charging cables bundled with the Medium Carrying Case? No, unless the selected Package Includes section explicitly says so. This listing is for the carrying or protective accessory; confirm whether straps, inserts, or other pieces are named, and purchase the compatible power station separately.
