Portable 200W Solar Charging
The Renogy 200W 12V Monocrystalline Foldable Solar Suitcase combines two folding monocrystalline solar panels with a Voyager VOYP20 waterproof charge controller. It is designed to provide portable solar charging for a compatible 12V or 24V battery system, with a 200W maximum power rating under standard test conditions.
Included Voyager Charge Controller
The included VOYP20 Voyager controller is rated for 20A and supports SLD/AGM, gel, flooded lead-acid, and lithium battery selections. It automatically detects 12V or 24V systems for non-lithium batteries. Set the appropriate battery type and nominal voltage before charging, and follow the battery manufacturer’s charging requirements.
Portable Setup and Included Components
The folding format is suited to portable charging setups such as camping, travel, and temporary RV battery charging when a compatible battery system is available. The package evidence lists the folding suitcase, the 20A Voyager controller, and an output lead with alligator clips; it does not list a battery, inverter, permanent battery wiring, or a longer solar extension.
Expansion and Real-World Output
The included 20A controller is not intended for directly paralleling another 200W suitcase. If the solar array is expanded, use a compatible replacement controller sized for the array voltage, current, wiring, and battery bank. The panel’s 200W figure is its maximum power rating at STC, so actual charging output varies with conditions and battery acceptance.
