What does the Victron GX Touch 50 display? The GX Touch 50 provides local touchscreen access to the interface of a compatible Cerbo GX or other supported GX device. The GX device—not the display—collects and manages the system data. Can the GX Touch 50 work by itself? No. It is a display accessory and requires a compatible GX system controller. It is not a battery monitor, inverter controller, or standalone computer by itself. How does the GX Touch 50 connect? It connects to the GX device through HDMI and USB using its attached two-meter cable. On a Cerbo GX MK2, the USB connection may use any of the three fully functional USB host ports. Is the GX Touch 50 waterproof? Victron rates the standard GX Touch 50 IP54 when the connectors are excluded. It is protected against limited dust and splashing, but it is not designed for submersion or an unprotected exposed installation. What is the screen resolution and size?
