What does the Victron Lynx Distributor do? It provides four fused DC branch connections from the Lynx busbar system and can report fuse status when integrated with supported Lynx monitoring equipment. Are the branch fuses included? No. MEGA fuses are selected and purchased separately. Each fuse must protect its connected cable and equipment within the limits of the complete DC system. How does fuse monitoring work? The included RJ10 cable supplies power and data when connected to compatible Lynx equipment. A Lynx Smart BMS can receive fuse data; monitoring capability depends on the rest of the system. What battery-system voltages are supported? The Lynx Distributor operates from 9V to 60V DC and supports nominal 12V, 24V, and 48V systems. What is the current rating? The module is rated for 1,000A DC continuous. Actual system current may be limited by fuses, cables, connections, temperature, and adjacent equipment.
