The inverter, chargers, DC loads, converters, fuses, disconnects, and monitoring equipment must all support 24V operation; connecting it to 12V-only equipment can damage the system. How does the 200W self-heating system help with winter charging? When a compatible charging source is available, the 200W heating system warms the cells so charging can begin within the permitted temperature range. It does not make every charger suitable or provide heat indefinitely with no incoming power. Can this 24V Renogy battery be expanded for a higher-voltage propulsion system? Renogy permits documented same-model series, parallel, and series-parallel arrangements.
