Will the Rover 60A automatically recognize a lithium bank as 12V, 24V, 36V, or 48V? Do not rely on automatic recognition for lithium. Renogy specifies automatic voltage recognition for non-lithium batteries, while a lithium system requires the correct bank voltage and charge parameters to be set according to the battery manufacturer's limits. How much solar can the Rover 60A accept at each supported battery voltage? Renogy publishes 800W at 12V, 1600W at 24V, 2400W at 36V, and 3200W at 48V. The array must also remain below the controller's 140VDC open-circuit limit after cold-weather correction and satisfy current and operating-voltage limits. Can the Rover's load terminals supply 60A to a DC fuse panel? No. The controller is rated for 60A of battery charging, but its managed load output is limited to 20A. Connect larger DC loads through properly protected battery bus equipment rather than routing them through the controller's load terminals. Is a Bluetooth module included with the controller-only Rover 60A? No. The base package lists the controller, battery temperature sensor, four mounting brackets, and manual. Choose an explicitly named communication bundle or obtain a compatible module separately if app monitoring is required. Can the IP32 Rover 60A be mounted outdoors beside the solar array? No. IP32 is not a weatherproof outdoor rating. Mount the controller vertically in a dry, ventilated enclosure with its required clearances, protect it from condensation and conductive dust, and keep battery-side wiring short and properly protected.
